Job Opportunity

No Letting Go Bristol South is a reputable inventory management company that works with local letting agents to provide detailed reports pre and post tenancy as well as interim property inspections.

We are looking for a part-time self-employed inventory clerk to support our ever-growing business. The ideal candidate will have a valid driving license, access to a car, and be based in Bristol.

The role involves carrying out property inventories, check-in/check-out and assessment reports in line with agreed timescales and service standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Compiling inventory reports and check-in/check-out reports via our in-house software
  • Arranging and collecting keys from estate agents
  • Meeting tenants or agents at properties at agreed times

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Ability to work flexibly within a standard working day, including occasional Saturdays
  • Computer literacy (access to a tablet preferable)

No Letting Go produces comprehensive unbiased Property Inventory Reports and Check-in / Check-out of tenants, on behalf of Letting Agents and Landlords.
