Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience working at deputy or management level within elderly care homes.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality care and improving care home performance.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive occupancy.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
