We are seeking an experienced Head of Water Dispenser Innovation to lead our product development team at Technique Recruitment Solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in industrial/product design, project management, and development across multiple products.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all stages of design from research, prototyping, and testing to working with suppliers and manufacturing for production.
- Establish and maintain design guidelines, design processes, and principles that reflect the company's brand, vision, and technical capabilities.
- Strong background in product engineering, product development, and project management.
- Familiarity with user-centred design and ergonomic principles.
- Experience with sustainable design practices and materials selection.
The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £80,000 per year, plus car allowance and additional benefits.
