About the Role

Acre Software is revolutionizing the mortgage market with its cutting-edge platform, and we're looking for a skilled Customer Solutions Engineer to join our team.

As a key member of our Customer Success Team, you'll work closely with advanced users of our platform to help them unlock its full potential. You'll develop a deep understanding of our Enterprise functionality and provide expert guidance to both customers and internal teams on how to extend the platform's capabilities.

Your role will involve a wide range of responsibilities, from providing technical assistance and advice on process best practices to writing code and helping customers build custom integrations using our API. You'll collaborate with various stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and Senior Management to understand business needs, balance priorities, and deliver the right products and features to the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain expertise on the Acre platform, including its advanced features and capabilities.
  • Work with customers to understand their business processes and adapt them to our platform.
  • Promote best practices and provide guidance to customers on how to get the most out of our platform.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to ensure customers' needs are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop prototype and starter application code to bootstrap customer integrations.
  • Support customer-facing teams in enhancing their understanding of our platform and best practices.
  • Create customer documentation, training, and enablement content for our API and Enterprise Reporting functionalities.
About You
  • Software engineering experience from either degree-level education or previous employment.
  • Ability to adapt to an ever-changing workload and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a natural ability to work with data.
  • Desire to learn and demonstrate sales and relationship management best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a range of individuals at all levels of seniority.
