Payroll Processor

Job Role

Fugro is seeking a Payroll Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a payroll for c.500 employees with various allowance structures in place. AAT qualification is desirable, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs duties necessary for the calculation of accurate wages and salaries of employees.
• Has detailed knowledge of procedures covering multiple payrolls, which require different deduction and tax treatment.
• Management of payroll timetable and internal deadlines.
• Management and resolution of employee payroll queries.
• Management of payroll files and records.
• Payroll administration of salary sacrifice schemes.
• Maintenance of float and salary advance information.
• Management of the P11D/PSA process.
• Administration of pension scheme memberships.
• Journal creating and maintenance.
• Reconciliation of wage accounts.
• Administration of employee recharges.
• Maintenance and distribution of balance statements for Guaranteed Earnings to employees and relevant management.
