Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Stockroom Supervisor to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the stores system, ensuring accurate inventory levels, and coordinating the allocation of materials required for scheduled work.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Manage the stores system, ensuring accurate book-keeping of items as required by business needs.">
  • Inspect and confirm that delivery requirements are compliant and accurate to order description, free of damage and of the correct specification and quality.">
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels through periodic stocktaking activities.">
  • Track and expedite goods ordered in compliance with delivery lead times and control of goods issued to ensure management of stock is controlled.">
  • Coordinate the allocation and kitting of inventory required for scheduled work.">
  • Identify, locate, and reserve materials held on inventory for work scheduled or point of use and manage unused spares back onto stock.">
  • Ensure strict adherence to all relevant Health and Safety procedures.">
