Senior Lettings Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Lettings Manager to join our team at Property Personnel. As a key member of our lettings department, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient running of the team and driving the growth and development of our lettings business in Winchester.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the lettings and management team to achieve exceptional results
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase new business and improve client relationships
  • Oversee the management of the client database and ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Collaborate with the sales team to maximize cross-selling opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in residential lettings with a strong understanding of compliance legislation
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strong negotiating and presentational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
  • IT literacy with experience in the use of residential software packages
  • Enthusiasm and drive with a desire to broaden knowledge and experience

What We Offer:

  • A highly competitive salary package including a basic salary of up to £45,000 and on-target earnings of £55,000 to £60,000
