- Pre-Shift Preparation: Prepare machinery for daily use, ensuring that all necessary checks and procedures are completed before production begins.
- Training and Development: Train other employees on equipment operation and maintenance, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Ability to work a 12-hour continental shift pattern, including weekends.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift and move equipment as required.
