Job Title: Youth Mentor

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Youth Mentor to join our team at Protocol Education. As a Youth Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting and empowering young individuals to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and guide youth in personal and academic development, helping them to set and achieve their goals.
  • Provide guidance and support in decision-making, helping young individuals to make informed choices.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive environment, promoting positive relationships and a sense of belonging.
  • Collaborate with a team to create impactful programs and initiatives that benefit young people.
Requirements:
  • Passionate about empowering young individuals and making a positive impact on their lives.
  • Strong communication and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, sharing ideas and expertise to achieve common goals.
  • Previous experience in mentoring or youth work is beneficial, but not essential.
