Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Assistant at our Coundon Gate outlet.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers, and contributing to the overall success of our store.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments, and maintaining a high level of stock management.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, promote products, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping experience.
- Comply with company policies and procedures, including health and safety, cash management, and stock management.
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.00 (the Real Living Wage).
- Flexible working hours per week, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.
