Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Leisure Club Attendant. This role involves maintaining our leisure club facilities, providing excellent customer service, and supporting daily operations.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our leisure club. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a leisure club or similar environment and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain a clean and welcoming environment within the leisure club facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and tidiness at all times.
  2. Assist members with equipment usage and safety, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing member queries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
  4. Support membership sales and services, promoting the benefits of our leisure club to potential customers.
  5. Fully adhere to health and safety guidelines and procedures, ensuring member safety at all times.
  6. Report any equipment or facility issues to the Leisure Club Manager, ensuring prompt resolution.
  7. Contribute to the opening and closing of the leisure club as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements
  1. Previous experience working in a leisure club or similar environment.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members.
  3. A good understanding of health and safety guidelines and procedures, with a passion for maintaining a safe environment.
  4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment, contributing to a positive and supportive culture.
  5. Flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to work evenings and weekends if required.
Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £19,000 - £24,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
