Brandon James is seeking a dynamic Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the growth of their thriving Manchester team.

About the Role:

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have the opportunity to lead projects across various sectors, including healthcare, retail, heritage, education, hotel, commercial, residential, and leisure.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing both pre and post-contract services, managing the full project life cycle, and supporting a number of projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead projects from inception to completion, providing both pre and post-contract services.
  2. Manage the full project life cycle, including cost management and contract administration.
  3. Support a number of projects across various sectors, including healthcare, retail, heritage, education, hotel, commercial, residential, and leisure.

Requirements:

  • MRICS preferred
  • Previous consultancy experience
  • Ability to manage the full project life cycle, including cost management and contract administration
