Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service while carrying out all duties related to the job.
  • Successfully participate in the delivery of all food and beverage services to ensure a seamless experience for guests.
  • Set up tables and required equipment to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Take orders and process payment efficiently and accurately.
  • Abide by company policies and departmental procedures/trainings to maintain a high level of service quality.
  • Solve customer service-related problems in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Liaise with key personnel in all necessary areas (kitchen, floor, reception, etc.) to ensure the provision of food and service is consistent and in line with menu/standards set by the managers.
  • Deal effectively and courteously with customer requests and refer them to the line manager if necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all legislative and Government guidelines including The Food Safety Act, Health and Safety at Work Act, the COSHH regulations, etc. within the areas of responsibility.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Hands-on and proactive approach to ensure a high level of service quality.
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
