About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Premises Manager to join our team at Whyteleafe. As a key member of our cluster, you will be responsible for maintaining and overseeing our school sites in the local area.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain school premises to ensure a safe and healthy environment for students and staff
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of school facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
- Develop and implement energy conservation measures to reduce costs and minimize environmental impact
- Lead and manage a small team of staff to ensure effective delivery of premises services
- Collaborate with school leaders and staff to develop and implement policies and procedures related to premises management
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in premises management or a related field
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to lead and manage a small team
- Knowledge of energy conservation measures and sustainable practices
