Respiratory Care Specialist

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work as a Respiratory Nurse Specialist in an expanding National Respiratory team. As part of this team, you will deliver high-quality care to improve patient outcomes in line with local and national guidelines in primary care.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct COPD/Asthma patient reviews via telephone, video consultation, or in general practice according to need.
- Support healthcare professionals and patients in making informed decisions about treatment pathways in Asthma and COPD.
- Work in partnership with the NHS in primary care to deliver a unique nursing programme focusing on driving best practice, delivering excellent patient care, and improving patient outcomes.
- NMC registration as a First Level Nurse and Midwife.
- Recognised qualification or diploma in Asthma/COPD.
- Full UK Driving Licence and ARTP qualified.
- Hold the ENB 998 teaching and assessing course or equivalent.
