Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting learners with additional needs in a mainstream or special needs setting
- Providing individualized support to meet the unique needs of each student
- Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to develop tailored learning plans
- Creating a safe and inclusive learning environment
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant experience working in SEN settings
- Strong understanding of SEND and its complexities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Degree in Education or related field (desired)
