Job Description

The Early Years Group Leader is a vital role at Marsh Lane Day Nursery, requiring a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead and support our team of practitioners.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To support and lead the team of practitioners to deliver high-quality childcare and education.
  • To develop and implement plans to meet the individual needs of children and families.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to childcare.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • GCSEs A*-C/4+ in English Language and Maths, or equivalent (e.g., functional skills).
  • Previous experience in childcare or a related field.

Salary and Benefits: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a generous pension scheme and free parking.
