School Cook Manager

At Adecco AMR - Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced School Cook Manager to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the school kitchen, ensuring the provision of high-quality meals that meet the nutritional and dietary needs of the students.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the preparation and serving of meals to students, ensuring high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Manage a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.
- Develop and implement menus that cater to the diverse needs of students, including dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Collaborate with the school administration to ensure that meals meet the nutritional and dietary requirements of students.
- Conduct regular stock takes and ordering of products via the online portal.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a school or educational setting.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations, and the ability to implement and maintain strict standards.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
