We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join our team at RBH Hospitality Management. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist colleagues and other members of staff to create a teamwork and quality service through communication.
  • Be aware of facilities available to guests within the hotel, including the leisure club and spa.
  • Assist with the unloading of delivered food supplies.
  • Clean and sanitize all food preparation areas and staff canteen according to established standards of hygiene.
  • Sort, store, and distribute ingredients.

Requirements

  • The ability to adhere to the company's rules and regulations on policies and procedures relating to fire, hygiene, health & safety, and licensing regulations.
  • To be flexible in your approach and able to assist the Sous Chef and any other members when required.
  • A team player who thrives in the hustle and bustle of a busy kitchen department.
