**Job Title:** Education Support Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Education Support Assistant at Academics Ltd. As a Psychology Graduate, you will be working closely with students in North London schools to support their educational and emotional development.

About the Role:

Your role will involve providing tailored assistance to students, supporting teachers with lesson preparation, and helping students with behavioral challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing one-on-one and group support to students
  • Assisting teachers with lesson planning and classroom management
  • Helping students with behavioral challenges to engage positively in their education
  • Tracking student progress and reporting to inform teaching strategies
  • Collaborating with staff to create a nurturing environment
