Environmental Impact Assessment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Impact Assessment Specialist to join our UK Impact Assessment department. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating statutory and non-statutory environmental assessment processes for major development proposals across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Environmental Baseline Data Collection and Analysis: Scoping and coordination of environmental baseline data collection, interpretation of data, and collaboration with colleagues and co-professionals to communicate environmental and sustainability constraints and opportunities for development.
- Relationship Building and Stakeholder Engagement: Developing relationships with Ramboll colleagues, supply chain partners, and clients to ensure effective stakeholder engagement and public consultation.
- Reporting and Data Management: Report writing, efficient peer review of reporting, and coordination of management of spatial data, including preparation of figures.
- Project Delivery and Coordination: Coordination and management of key technical and commercial aspects of project delivery.
- Client Advisory Services: Advising clients on strategy for stakeholder engagement and public consultation.
We are looking for an individual with a strong background in environmental sciences, environmental engineering, or a related environmental discipline. A Master's degree in an environmental discipline is advantageous. Prior EIA coordination experience on complex projects is essential.
