About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Accounts Assistant to join our finance team at RecruitMe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Company Directors and General Manager, including reconciling financial statements, conducting local audit and data accuracy checks, and providing data analysis and reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reconcile financial statements and ensure accuracy
  • Conduct local audit and data accuracy checks
  • Provide data analysis and reports to support business decisions
  • Assist with various accountancy and general administration duties
Requirements
  • AAT qualification or working towards one
  • Experience working in a financial services environment (preferable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
What We Offer

RecruitMe offers a competitive salary range of £25,000 to £28,000 per annum, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, and free parking in the heart of Grantham Town Centre.
