This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Resuscitation Officer - Clinical Training Specialist at Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our clinical training team, you will play a vital role in developing and delivering high-quality resuscitation training programs to our staff.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver comprehensive resuscitation training programs for healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement resuscitation protocols and guidelines
- Conduct regular training needs assessments and evaluations to ensure staff are equipped with the latest techniques and knowledge
- Lead the development and implementation of simulation-based training programs
- Provide subject matter expertise and support to clinical teams on resuscitation-related matters
- Registered Health Care Professional with current registration with NMC, HCPC as appropriate
- Teaching qualification (or working towards) such as PTTLS, AET or equivalent experience
- Evidence of recent and ongoing personal development
- Experience of working in acute care environment (pre-hospital or in hospital)
- Experience of mentoring and/or training other healthcare professionals
