About the Role

The Sous Chef is a key member of the Topgolf culinary team, reporting directly to the Executive Chef. This role is responsible for assisting in the delivery of exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Executive Chef in leading the Kitchen Team and overseeing all culinary activities.
  • Maintain food and labor costs within budget, with a thorough understanding of COGS and GP.
  • Standardize production recipes to ensure consistent quality and flavor.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and safety, adhering to Topgolf's food hygiene policies.
  • Communicate effectively with upper management, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Food Hygiene Level 3 Certification.
  • Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, with a bonus structure.
  • Valid right to work documentation, such as a passport, birth certificate, or national insurance documentation.
