We are seeking dedicated and compassionate care professionals to join our team at Home Instead, where we provide high-quality care to our clients in their own homes. Our care professionals work with the elderly, providing personal care, help around the home, and companionship services to keep our clients healthy and happy.
We offer a range of benefits, including:
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.00, with added benefits averaging £14.00 per hour.
- Higher rates apply to evening and weekend working.
- Double time when working Bank Holidays.
- Travel Expenses paid at £0.30/per mile - £0.45/per mile.
- Recently introduced travel time paid between clients (some restrictions apply).
- Award Winning Training - all time spent training fully paid.
- Minimum 1-hour visits - no dashing between clients.
- Paid Holiday and Pension.
- Opportunities to progress your career.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a valid UK Driving Licence, own car, and live in Welwyn, Hatfield, Potter's Bar, and Borehamwood or local areas. You will also need to be prepared to work alternate weekends and have the Right to Work in the UK.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of adults and expect all staff to share this commitment. This role is subject to DBS enhanced disclosure.
This role requires the applicant to live in the UK and have the Right to Work in the UK, which will need to be established as part of the recruitment process.
