Senior Finance Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Analyst to join our Financial Control team at TJX Europe. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting and delivering insight to the Buying and Merchandising function, driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Buying Managers and Directors to provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Prepare and deliver regular financial reports to senior management, including liquidity and open-to-buy positions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and efficiency gains.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Buying and Merchandising teams.
Requirements:
  • Qualified accountant with advanced Excel skills and experience in financial modeling.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in retail or a similar industry is a plus.
