pbAbout the Role:/b/ppWe are seeking a vigilant and responsible individual to join our team as a Lifeguard at our leisure centre. As a lifeguard, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests while they enjoy our aquatic facilities./ppbKey Responsibilities:/b/pulliBeing a team player and understanding the value of teamwork/liliMaintaining a concentrated observation of the pool and pool users, to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of all swimmers./liliFollow all relevant legislation including Health & Safety, Hygiene, First Aid and Fire Evacuation./liliObserving all RLSS requirements/liliEnsuring safety of customers and other team members and security of equipment./liliCarry out rescues and initiate emergency action where necessary./liliEnsuring paperwork is completed neatly and accurately within specified deadlines./liliReport all potential accidents and near misses./liliMaintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the pool and associated areas, including toilets and changing areas./liliTo undertake and organise activities contained within the sports resorts programme or water resorts programme./li/ulpbExperience / Skills Required:/b/pulliMust hold relevant NPLQ, First Aid and CPR / AED qualifications/liliStrong swimming skills and the ability to perform rescues if necessary/liliExcellent communication skills, with the ability to interact / engage with guests of all ages./liliCompliance management skills to ensure pool rules are regulations are adhered to at all times/liliMust be at least 17 years old/liliWe are looking for positive, friendly, energetic individuals, with a "can do" attitude – if this sounds like you.../li/ulpbTeam Benefits:/b/pulliCareer progression opportunities/liliEmployee Assistance Programme/lili20% off Food & Drink while on the resort/lili20% Team Discount on Holidays /li/ulpbAbout us:/b/ppBilling Aquadrome is a leisure centre located in the heart of Northamptonshire, offering a range of facilities and activities for guests to enjoy.
