Job Description

As a Second Chef, you will be responsible for:




  • Supporting our pizzeria teams
  • Working with a pizza oven
  • Maintaining high health & safety and hygiene standards
  • Communicating effectively with the Head Pizza Chef/Restaurant Manager
  • Working in a fast-paced environment and being hands-on


Required Skills and Qualifications

We're looking for someone with:




  • Experience of working in a pizza kitchen
  • Able to lead a team in the Head Pizza Chef's absence
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A passion for Neapolitan sourdough pizza-making
