Job Title: HVAC (Refrigeration/AC) Shift Engineer

Join a reputable FM firm as a HVAC (Refrigeration/AC) Shift Engineer and work on a flagship contract in Westminster, Central London.

This is a demanding contract in a fast-paced environment, requiring a skilled engineer to lead a team of 5 multi-skilled engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the efficient and effective operation, maintenance, and repair of the site's plant, equipment, and services.
  • Respond to Building Management System alarms and emergency repairs as needed.
  • Issue and ensure appropriate controls within the permit to work systems.
  • Ensure suitable spares are available to carry out maintenance of the above plant.
  • Compliance with and record keeping for quality management system, ensuring compliant logbooks are in place.
  • Participation in the engineer call out rota.
  • Organise and assist in reactive repairs to the site's M&E systems.
Requirements:
  • Mechanically qualified or a qualified plumber, ideally to a minimum of Level 3.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a team of engineers.
