We're seeking a talented Senior Sous Chef to join our dynamic team at Hickory's Smokehouse, where you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills, grow your career, and become an integral part of our award-winning hospitality team.

About the Role

As a Senior Sous Chef, you'll be responsible for leading the kitchen team in the Head Chef's absence, ensuring seamless service delivery, and driving culinary excellence. You'll work closely with our Head Chef to develop menus, manage kitchen operations, and maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
