About the Position:
We are seeking an experienced Chef Director to join our client's care home team in Altrincham. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the kitchen operations, ensuring that meals are nutritious, balanced, and meet the highest standards of culinary excellence. This is a permanent full-time role working through day shifts, offering a competitive salary of £32,640 per annum (£16.00 per hour). Responsibilities:
As Chef Director, your key responsibilities will include managing kitchen staff, developing menus, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. A culinary degree or relevant certification is essential, as well as knowledge of nutrition, dietary needs, and food safety regulations. Strong leadership and team management skills are required, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and manage time effectively under pressure is essential.
