The Perfect Candidate
  • Experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a restaurant, bar, or café environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
