At Adecco, we're seeking a highly motivated and organized Trade Counter Assistant to join our team in Basildon, Essex. As a key member of our sales and distribution team, you'll play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring seamless customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking and dispatching customer orders with precision and efficiency.
  • Processing incoming deliveries from manufacturers and suppliers, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email, resolving queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Managing customer orders received from international customers and through our websites, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Coordinating with manufacturers and suppliers to manage purchase orders and maintain strong relationships.
  • Tracking customer back orders and maintaining clear communication regarding delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and manufacturers, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
