About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Employment Solicitor to join a Top 100 firm in North London. The successful candidate will be well-versed in employment law and will have experience in advising on employee relations issues, discrimination, employment contracts, and TUPE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on employment law matters, including employee relations, discrimination, and employment contracts.
  • Represent clients in employment tribunals and provide support for corporate deals and wider firm projects.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across offices to provide seamless service to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across various sectors.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable expertise in employment law, particularly in contentious and non-contentious areas.
  • Experience in advising on employee relations issues, discrimination, employment contracts, and TUPE.
  • Ability to handle employment tribunals and provide support for corporate deals and wider firm projects.
  • Proven record of delivering high-quality legal support to clients across various sectors.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Qualified Solicitor with expertise in employment law.

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic and sociable legal environment.
