Job Title: Nursery Practitioner Level 2 or 3

Job Summary

This role involves working with children and their families to provide a safe and nurturing environment that supports their physical, emotional, and cognitive development. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging activities that promote learning and development, while also building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

The Role

1. Provide high-quality care and support to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
2. Plan and implement a diverse range of engaging activities that promote learning and development.
3. Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to foster a sense of belonging and community within the nursery.
4. Observe and assess children's progress, tailoring activities to meet their individual needs and interests.
5. Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment that complies with health and safety regulations.
