The Role

  3. Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to foster a sense of belonging and community within the nursery.
  4. Observe and assess children's progress, tailoring activities to meet their individual needs and interests.
  5. Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment that complies with health and safety regulations.
