**Role Overview**

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Aspiring Child Development Specialist. This long-term role offers hands-on experience in a school setting, working closely with students to support their emotional and mental health development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster mental health awareness and positive well-being across the school.
  • Support students in developing emotional regulation skills.
  • Collaborate with teachers to implement mental health strategies.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Psychology or related field (or working towards one).
  • Passion for working with children in an educational setting.
  • Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential.

Please note that this role requires a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection. Successful applicants must pass all background checks, including an enhanced DBS on the update service.
