Job Title: Rail - Project Quantity Surveyor

Finlay Jude Associates Ltd is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their team in the North West region. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing the financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage project costs, including sub-contractor valuations and payment approvals
  • Provide financial valuations to clients and negotiate payment terms
  • Responsible for monitoring and reporting on contract cost and value
  • Issue and control project drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Work with sub-contractors to resolve any legal or contractual matters
Requirements:
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
