We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Engagement Lead to join our team at B&M Care Homes. As an Engagement Lead, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents through a stimulating lifestyle program and framework that fosters meaningful occupation within the home.
Key Responsibilities- Identify the needs, preferences, and aspirations of individual residents through resident profiles, life history, Care Plans, observations, and face-to-face conversations with a person-centered ethos.
- Work flexibly to meet the needs of residents and service delivery across the home.
- Plan and coordinate a weekly program for the home, collaborating with care and other staff, including weekends and evenings.
- Ensure plans and equipment are in place for staff to follow in your absence.
- Incorporate all aspects of the B&M Care Engagement and Activities Framework when planning programs.
- Identify the requirements of individuals who may be/isolated and plan specific, person-centered programs for them.
- Display and distribute weekly programs and notices, utilizing information technology equipment for producing schedules and posters.
- Must hold a full driver's license.
