Job Overview:

GSL Education - Hull is seeking an experienced and qualified Physical Education Teacher to join our team at a thriving secondary school in Selby, North Yorkshire.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection, as well as experience planning and delivering GCSE and BTEC Physical Education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging Physical Education lessons to secondary students
  • Develop and implement the Physical Education curriculum in collaboration with colleagues
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment

Essential Requirements:

  • Qualification in Physical Education (e.g. PGCE, Bachelor's degree)
  • Experience in teaching GCSE and BTEC Physical Education
  • Child only DBS registration or willingness to apply

Salary Information:

The salary range for this position is £130 - £190 per day, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
