This role will play a vital part in supporting our operational teams and management by serving as the interface with Schindler H&S and Quality departments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing re-accreditation audits, arranging internal training record planning and monitoring, and supporting the implementation of HSQE initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining all Rubax management systems and external certifications to ensure the business remains competitive.
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining HSQE management systems.
  • Providing operational support for service, repair, and lift project activities.
  • Developing Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
  • Supporting operational management with the development of CDM compliant Construction Phase Plans for lift projects.
  • Conducting safety engagements with engineers and managers.
  • Supporting training and tracking/recording of the workforce.

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum level 3 health and safety qualification, preferably level 6. Internal auditing qualifications and experience in Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety management systems are also essential. Flexibility in travel and working hours is required, and a full UK driving license is necessary.
