Job Summary:
Premier Recruitment Group is currently recruiting for an experienced Laser Cutter Operator to join a leading precision engineering firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate laser machinery to cut required profiles, ensuring optimal material use and correct grain orientation.
- Manage and organize sheet materials, ensuring all are properly labelled and stored in a clean and organized environment.
- Perform routine maintenance on laser machines, including cleaning, changing slates, and checking gas levels to ensure optimal performance.
- Program the laser using the latest issue drawings, ensuring accuracy, quality, and quantity of cut parts.
- Inspect cut parts for accuracy, quality, and quantity, and deburr as needed to meet customer expectations.
Working Hours: 38.5 basic hours per week, Monday to Thursday, and Friday.
