A global manufacturer in Shropshire is seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to join their building service team. As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for managing maintenance activities, engineers, and CMMS systems to ensure optimal operational efficiency of the building.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating and controlling water/energy reduction efforts.
  • Implementing activities to achieve Co2 reduction targets.
  • Owning CMMS structure to ensure energy-related asset structure is up-to-date and maintained.
  • Project planning and budget submission.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, with previous experience in energy management and recognised engineering qualifications (NVQ Level 3, HNC, Degree). They should also have experience working in a manufacturing environment.
