Restorative Justice Practitioner

Powys County Council is seeking a highly skilled Restorative Justice Practitioner to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with families, schools, social services, and other agencies to ensure a holistic approach to assessments and interventions. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people.
Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, creating intervention plans, and delivering one-on-one sessions with children and young people. You will also represent their interests in multi-agency meetings and maintain accurate records. We require someone with a strong understanding of restorative justice principles and youth offending, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The estimated salary for this position is £30,000 - £40,000 per year.
