We're seeking a highly skilled HR professional to join our team as a People Advisor. As a key member of our consultancy, you'll provide expert HR guidance and support to our clients, helping them navigate the complexities of employment law and best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day HR support across onboarding, compensation, and employee management.
- Advise clients on employee relations, including grievances, disciplinaries, and performance improvement.
- Deliver HR projects that drive people development and improve workplace culture.
- Stay updated on employment laws and ensure client policies are compliant.
- Proven HR experience, ideally in a consultancy or multi-client setting.
- CIPD Level 3 qualification (or above) is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
- Project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- A UK driving licence and the willingness to travel to client sites when needed.
