Job Overview

Liberty Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team.

This is a newly created full-time role based on the outskirts of Portsmouth and is permanent.

The successful candidate will provide a first-class HR service to the business, working closely with the Head of People to deliver strategic HR initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR support to the business, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Head of People to deliver strategic HR initiatives and projects.
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary procedures, and performance management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
