We are looking for an experienced Electrical Control Systems Engineer to join our team in Leicester. As a key member of the electrical build team, you will work closely with mechanical fitters to construct clever machinery from the floor upwards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reading and following electrical drawings to wire up and cabling enclosures and panels efficiently
  • Wiring in motors, sensors, pushbuttons, drives, and completing the panel in the workshop
  • Completing the electrical wiring across a one-off packaging or processing machine using drawings

The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical control panel wiring, PLC panel/MCC, or industrial electrician experience. You should also be able to read drawings and possess electrical qualification. A flexible attitude and ability to work with mechanical fitters are essential.

We offer a competitive salary of £32,000, plus paid overtime, 31 days' holidays, pension, and other benefits. This role is commutable from Coventry, Rugby, Lutterworth, Leicester, Hinckley, Nuneaton, and surrounding areas.
