Job Opportunity7.5T Driver Position

Driver Provider UK is a leading agency in the transport sector, committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a skilled 7.5-ton driver for multi-drop deliveries.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering goods to various retailers, including multi-site retailers, local independent retailers, and merchants, as well as house builders.

Rate: £16.50 per hour

Working Hours: Monday to Friday only

About the Role

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute daily delivery routes, ensuring timely drops and efficient use of resources.

  • Conduct thorough checks on load items, security, and equipment to ensure safe and secure delivery.

  • Perform daily vehicle checks and take necessary actions to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.

  • Unload goods at customer premises safely and efficiently, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.

  • Adhere to transport legislation and take regular breaks to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.

  • Ensure awareness of vehicle load capacity and operate within legal limits.

Licence/Certifications

  • Valid Driving Licence

  • Driver CPC

  • Tacho
