Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Mill Street, a purpose-built supported living service for individuals with acquired brain injury, physical disabilities, and/or sensory impairment.
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to regain their independence and live the life they want to live. You will work closely with our team to deliver a service of exceptional quality, providing person-centered care and support to our residents.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing your workload effectively.
About YouWe are not looking for specific experience, but rather someone who is willing to learn and develop their skills. You will need to have genuine empathy for our residents, with the positivity, patience, and resilience to support them through challenging times.
You will also need to have excellent face-to-face communication skills, a good standard of literacy, and good time management skills. If you are a team player who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support, we would love to hear from you.
