Veterinary Client Services Representative

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Veterinary Client Services Representative to join our team at Norwich Sprowston Vets for Pets practice. As a key member of our client service team, you will play a vital role in providing an exceptional experience for our clients and their pets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional client service and support to our clients and their pets
- Ensure a smooth and efficient client experience, from initial contact to departure
- Manage client bookings, payments, and inquiries with confidence and accuracy
- Collaborate with the clinical team to provide timely and effective support to clients and their pets
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming practice environment, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Passion for delivering exceptional client service and a love of animals
