About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Retail Sales Advisor. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales performance, while working collaboratively with your colleagues to achieve store goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting our products and services, and making tailored recommendations to customers.
  • Take ownership of your performance and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, and stay up-to-date with the latest products and services.
